RETURNS AND REFUNDS - IMPORTANT

If your item is faulty, incorrectly sent or any other issue please contact us within 7 days of purchase for advice before returning the parcel, you will be expected to provide a detailed explanation of the issue and provide photos of the item and any further issues, we will be unable to further process the return until we have received this.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return the item to us in an un-used state in the original packaging and any such item must be back to us within 14 days of purchase and we'll give you a refund or exchange minus postage costs.
Any returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Any items returned after 30 days will not be refunded or exchanged (unless agreed prior) and you will be contacted to cover the postage cost to return the item to yourself.

We aim to process returns within 48 business hours of receipt of the return, but please allow up to 7 days for any exchange / refund.

Please note you must contact us for a returns form and returns number before returning any part.
This way your return can be logged and processed promptly once it arrives back.
We cannot be held responsible for any parcels lost in the post, therefore please make sure all returns are sent by recorded post and you keep your receipt as proof of postage.
If you have made a mistake on purchase and wish to cancel the order before it is dispatched please contact us by email as quickly as possible.

Please be aware that if you wish to cancel your order once it has been dispatched you will be refunded minus any postage costs and be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Please note this applies even where the product is listed with P&P as ‘free’.
Any items bought in error with free P&P will be refunded however the cost of posting your order will be deducted from any refund.
